Yes! BinFlow is exactly that. We are a dedicated residential service that rolls your garbage bins to the curb the evening before your pickup day, and returns them to your house after the truck comes. You never have to touch a dirty bin or remember trash day again.

It's simple. You tell us your trash day and where your bins are stored. The evening before your scheduled trash pickup, we move your bins to the curb. After the trash truck has come and gone, we return your bins to their original spot. You never have to think about it.

We service rain or shine. Our valets operate in all standard weather conditions. In the event of severe weather (ice storms, tornado warnings, etc.), we may delay service for safety and will notify you immediately via text message.

Yes. BinFlow is month-to-month with zero contracts and zero cancellation fees. You can cancel anytime directly from your account dashboard. No phone calls, no hoops to jump through.

No problem. Both our Base and Premium plans include 2 bins. Additional bins are just $9 per month each. You can add or remove extra bins anytime from your account.

You'll receive real-time text notifications when your valet is on the way and when your bins have been moved. You can also check your live service status anytime in your BinFlow account dashboard.

Both plans include weekly bin-to-curb and curb-to-home service with real-time notifications. Premium adds bin cleaning every 6 months (we pressure wash and sanitize your bins) and priority support. Most customers start with Base and love it.

Yes. Your bin count includes both trash and recycling bins. If you have 1 trash bin and 1 recycling bin, that's 2 bins — covered by the base plan.

We monitor your local waste provider's holiday schedule and adjust our service accordingly. If your trash pickup shifts by a day due to a holiday, we shift with it. You'll receive a text notification about any schedule changes.
